RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – The Esports World Cup Foundation has established April 30, 2026, at 23:59 AST as the official deadline for clubs to finalize and publicly announce their rosters for the 2026 Club Championship. According to official regulations, players or rosters announced after this date will remain eligible to compete in individual events but will not accrue points toward the overall Club Championship standings.The 2026 edition of the Esports World Cup is scheduled to take place in Riyadh from July 6 to August 23. Organizers have ratified a total prize pool of $75 million, representing an increase from the $71.5 million distributed during the 2025 event. Of this total, $30 million is allocated specifically to the Club Championship, with the winning organization receiving a $7 million prize. An additional $39 million will be distributed across 25 individual game tournaments.The tournament lineup includes 24 titles, featuring games such as Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, League of Legends, and the debut of Trackmania. Clubs are required to register their final participating players, including substitutes, through the official tournament administration portal by a secondary administrative deadline of May 25, 2026.As of April 2026, eight organizations have automatically secured berths based on previous performance, including Team Falcons, Team Liquid, and Team Vitality. The event will be hosted at the Boulevard Riyadh City complex.
