RIYADH, Saudi Arabia — High-ranking Saudi Pro League (SPL) officials have initiated preliminary inquiries regarding a historic transfer for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) superstar and reigning Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembélé, according to reports from Sky Sports and international wires on Friday, January 30.
