JEDDAH — The intersection of heritage and high-octane performance took center stage last night at Hayy Jameel, Jeddah’s premier arts and creative hub. In a special “Ramadan Nights” celebration, Jameel Motorsport officially inaugurated a massive commemorative mural, celebrating the achievements of Saudi athletes and the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving motorsport legacy.
The unveiling was the highlight of the evening, bringing together top-tier Saudi drivers, community leaders, and art enthusiasts. The mural, which spans a prominent section of the Hayy Jameel complex, serves as a visual tribute to the pioneers of the “Green Falcon” racing spirit—from the trailblazing women of Rally Jameel to the champions of the Saudi Toyota Championship.
“Hayy Jameel is a home for the arts, and motorsport is an art form in itself—one of precision, passion, and movement,” said a representative from Jameel Motorsport. “This mural is a gift to the city and a permanent reminder of what our athletes have achieved on the global stage, from the dunes of the Dakar to the circuits of the world.”
The event was part of the third edition of Ramadan Nights: Hakawati Hayy, which runs until March 15. Guests enjoyed a traditional suhoor, live oud performances, and interactive storytelling sessions that blended the lore of the Hijaz region with the modern adventures of Saudi racing heroes. The mural is now open to the public, adding a vibrant new landmark to Jeddah’s cultural and sporting landscape.
